Odaily News Canadian Bitcoin Lightning Network company LQWD Technologies (TSXV: LQWD; OTCQX: LQWDF) announced the completion of the previously disclosed non-brokered private placement, selling 560,975 common shares, raising a total of approximately 2.3 million Canadian dollars (approximately 1.68 million US dollars). The company plans to use the proceeds to purchase Bitcoin as an operating asset for its expansion of Lightning Network service business and for general corporate purposes. (Newsfile Corp)
