NextGen Digital plans to raise $2 million in BTC and ETH

Odaily News NextGen Digital Platforms announced that it has signed a financing agreement with an independent buyer to raise up to 200 Canadian dollars through a non-brokered private placement of up to 2,000 special warrants of the company. It is reported that the financing will be paid in the form of BTC and ETH. These digital assets will be kept by the companys designated third-party custodian. The price of BTC and ETH will be determined based on the closing price of the corresponding digital assets on CoinMarketCap.com on the business day before the end of the private placement.
