Société Générale's euro stablecoin EURCV expands to the Stellar network

According to Finance Feeds, Societe Generale-FORGE, the crypto subsidiary of Societe Generale, has deployed its euro-pegged stablecoin EUR CoinVertible (EURCV) on the Stellar network, completing its multi-chain expansion plan first announced in 2025.
EURCV was first launched on Ethereum in April 2023, later expanding to Solana and XRP Ledger, with a current market capitalization of approximately $45.2 million. The stablecoin has participated in several tokenized financial asset experiments, including the tokenized bond exchange and settlement pilot in the SWIFT test earlier this year.
