Telemundo promotes World Cup 2026 and “El Señor de los Cielos” spinoff, “Dinastía Casillas,” ... More starring Iván Arana and Isabella Castillo. Ahead of its May 12th Upfront event, NBCU Telemundo Enterprises released its 2025-26 programming slate. At the heart of its vision: live, multiplatform content focused on original series, reality shows, special events and one of the biggest global sporting events – the FIFA World Cup 2026. The network is increasing its live programming to over 70% of its lineup, totaling nearly 5,000 hours in the next year. Beyond linear TV, Telemundo plans to continue boosting its audience reach via streaming on Peacock, the Telemundo App, FAST channels, and social media. A major highlight for the season is Telemundo’s exclusive Spanish-language coverage of FIFA World Cup 26TM, which will be broadcast across all platforms.
