Theo hồ sơ công khai từ Tòa án Hình sự New York, người sáng lập Believe, Benjamin Pasternak, đã bị bắt giữ với cáo buộc tống tiền và hành hung cấp độ hai, và dự kiến sẽ ra tòa vào ngày 11 tháng 6.
