合约交易若达成停火协议，乌克兰的欧洲盟友「考虑放松对俄制裁」
BlockBeats 消息，8 月 13 日，接近欧盟委员会主席的消息人士称，如果能达成全面停火协议，乌克兰的盟友正在评估逐步放松对俄罗斯的制裁。
消息人士补充说，如果出现违反协议的情况，将重新实施制裁。他们希望立即达成为期 15 天的停火协议（在这段时间内，制裁仍将有效），然后在乌克兰的冲突才能得到更有组织的暂停。
另外，意大利政府消息人士称，他们将推动特朗普与普京在今天晚些时候进行视频通话时，让欧洲参与他与乌克兰问题的讨论。一位意大利外交官解释说：「他一直在要求欧洲国家增加军费开支，所以我们必须参与这些决定。」消息人士补充说，在通话中，意大利将强调对乌克兰明确的军事、经济和政治保障的必要性。(金十)
