合约交易MyStonks发布关于配合监管调查及保障正常用户资金安全的公告
BlockBeats 消息，8 月 14 日，MyStonks 平台发布公告称，近期收到美国监管机构关于单一用户的执法请求，涉及反洗钱、诈骗团伙、涉毒贩运、制裁规避及可疑交易报告（SAR）等多项专项调查。该调查仅针对单一用户，不影响平台其他用户的充值和提币操作，平台业务运行正常。MyStonks 作为完全合规受监管的数字资产平台，已获得美国 FinCEN 货币服务业务许可（MSB），并完成 SEC 证券型代币发行（STO）备案。平台合规部门已通过安全渠道与涉事用户取得联系，并指导其完成相关合规信息提交。所有用户信息严格保密，且仅在法律允许范围内使用和共享。
MyStonks 强调，用户资产安全和业务稳定运行是首要任务，平台将持续优化合规措施，保障所有用户的合法权益和资金安全，MyStonks 作为合规平台，任何主权国家要求配合监管的动作，都会积极配合。
