合约交易上市公司707 Cayman将探索建立加密货币储备金库，包括比特币、以太坊等
BlockBeats 消息，8 月 13 日，707 Cayman Holdings Limited（纳斯达克代码：JEM）是一家注册于开曼群岛的公司，主营优质服装产品销售及提供供应链管理整体解决方案。公司今日宣布，已与 Precious Choice Global Limited 签署了一份谅解备忘录（以下简称「MOU」）。Precious Choice 为一家在英属维尔京群岛注册成立的有限责任公司。
根据 MOU，707 Cayman 将与 Precious Choice 合作探索建立加密货币储备金库，范围包括但不限于比特币（Bitcoin）、BNB（Binance Coin）、以太坊（Ethereum）等，并计划在未来 12 个月内大幅增加持有量，具体细节仍在协商中。
公司董事认为，虚拟资产与 Web3 领域已吸引全球投资者和利益相关方的关注。通过签署 MOU，公司可借此探索 Web3 行业、深入了解区块链技术，并利用 Precious Choice 在区块链方面的经验，共同推动虚拟资产行业的可持续发展。
