合约交易pump.fun发布公售细则：公售结束后48至72小时内代币可转让，美国、英国用户不得参与公售
BlockBeats 消息，7 月 9 日，pump.fun 表示，PUMP 代币公售将持续至以下两者之一发生为止：所有 1500 亿枚代币售罄，或北京时间 7 月 15 日星期二 22:00（UTC 时间 14:00）
在公开销售结束后不久，参与者将收到所购买的代币。代币初期将处于不可转移状态，意味着无法交易。在代币销售结束后 48 至 72 小时内，代币将变为可转移状态。
美国和英国的公民及居民不得参与 PUMP 的首次代币发行（ICO），本次代币销售也不会在美国、英国或任何不被允许的地区进行。
