合約交易美國銀行業呼籲修改川普簽署的《GENIUS法案》，稱其有潛在金融風險
BlockBeats 消息，8 月 14 日，據 The Block 報道，美國最大銀行業協會正敦促參議員修補上月由總統川普簽署的穩定幣法案中的所謂漏洞，稱這些漏洞可能損害更廣泛的金融體系。
本週，美國銀行家協會（ABA）與其他 52 家銀行業組織向參議院銀行委員會領導層致信，提出對《美國穩定幣引導與確立國家創新法案》（GENIUS）的修訂建議。信中指出，該法案在利息支付、州級監管以及非金融公司發行穩定幣等方面存在隱憂。
爭議焦點在於，GENIUS 法案對穩定幣發行方向持有人支付利息的禁令被認為過於寬鬆。儘管這些團體支持限制措施，但他們認為，新法案很容易被交易所、經紀商及其他關聯方繞過，從而「扭曲市場激勵」，使穩定幣從單純的支付工具演變為潛在的價值儲藏和信貸工具。
